Einkorn is a flavourful ancient grain variety. In fact, Einkorn is a wild grass that predates human agriculture. Our Einkorn is organic and is proudly grown in BC. We slowly stone grind our Einkorn at a low temperature to maximize flavour and preserve nutrients. Einkorn is a popular choice due to its rich flavour and its tolerability for those with wheat allergies.
